COMPETENT - James is scary knowledgeable in all aspects of emergency vehicle maintenance. 

EFFICIENT - With great knowledge comes efficiency. Much time performing diagnostics is often eliminated when the knowledge base is deep. This allows focusing on the tests that allow the EVT to verify or refute assumptions. And then having the skill set to effect the needed resolution quickly. 

RESPONSIVE – Plastered on the side of his mobile service center it says Copeland EVS is available 24/7. We had a truck fail to start when out of station and Copeland EVS was on scene in 30 minutes after being contacted (from 20 miles away). 

PROFESSIONAL - Having the qualities above could easily be negated with poor professionalism, but this is certainly not the case with James.
